The Gift of Christian Education

       For over 100 years young people have benefitted from the rigorous, fun, and Christ-centered education at Mt. Ellis Academy. Mt. Ellis is here because of the commitment of its alumni and Montana constituents.  You are invited to invest in this great work for kids. Whether you are able to give $20 or thousands, your gift will be multiplied in the life a young person.  Click on the link below to make an on-line gift to support the mission of Mt. Yes, I'd like to invest in young people at MEA

The following giving categories will appear as giving options.

1.     Unrestricted Operating - These donations are the bread and butter.  They keep the lights on, the heat running, and food on the table.  Fiscal year goal:  $120,000

2.     Student Aid - About half the students who attend MEA would not be able to do so without student aid.  A gift to this fund can make an eternal difference in the life of a kid.  Fiscal Year goal:  $80,000  Thankyou!  We're fully funded for this school year.

3.     Water/Sewer Infrastructure - The next phase in the school physical plant master plan is the reconstruction of the water/sewer infrastructure.  This is state mandated and has reached the level of urgency.  Goal:  $1 million

4.     Dormitory Remodel Project - The remodeled dormitory is being named after long-time staff members Frank and Lauretta King. Honor them with a gift toward this project.  This will free up unrestricted moneys to be spent on other important projects like water and sewer.

5.     Gymnasium Acoustics Project - Many important programs happen in the MEA gym.  For years the poor acoustics have been a frustration.  A sound engineer has been hired to solve the problem.  Work will commence as soon as funds are raised. Goal:  $10,000

6.     General Endowment Fund - The growth from this endowment fund supports the general operations of the school.  It currently has approximately $300,000.  Goal:  $5 million.

7.     Farnsworth Scholarship Endowment -  This is a memorial scholarship that funds merit and need-based scholarships.  It currently has approximately $100,000.  Donors interested in funding scholarships may either contribute to this endowment or start another one of their own.  Goal:  $2 million in scholarship endowments 

8.     Adventist Education Foundation - This endowment funds the ongoing maintenance of the campus physical plant.  It currently stands at $1.5 million.  Goal:  $5 million
