About Us
With our beautiful setting in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, we are in the ideal location for experiential outdoor learning. Where else can students float the Missouri River and study from the journals that Lewis & Clark kept while navigating the same waters? Where else are students able to study trout in their natural habitat and discover the geological formations in limestone? We take pride in this and so many other aspects of our school.
Our newly developed mission statement is to help students DISCOVER the reality of their Creator God, DEVELOP their God-given gifts, and SERVE in His Kingdom. To that end, the staff of Mount Ellis is committed to exploring every opportunity to share Him with our students both in and out of the classroom.
We are currently retooling our website, but we will keep it online throughout the process. Here you will find answers for many questions you may have about our school, but if you have more, please contact us through the links provided. We look forward to hearing from you and answering any questions you may have.
Mount Ellis Academy’s Mission and Vision statements serve as guides for all planning and decision-making. The Vision is an articulation of our ideal state. The Mission articulates what we are committed to do in order to reach that ideal state.
Vision
To follow the Lamb wherever He goes
