
Anita Ojeda
Anita Ojeda has been teaching at Mt. Ellis for 10 years and is going into her 11th. She was born in Nebraska and grew up in many different places as her family moved frequently. By age 15 she had lived in 17 different places. She attended high school at both Columbia Adventist Academy and Portland Adventist Academy and graduated in 1983. She finished her undergraduate degrees in Spanish and History at Walla Walla College. She finished her master’s degree in English from the University of Nevada in 2000. In her spare time she likes jogging, sewing, reading, camping, skiing, and cooking. She ran a half-marathon and is training for another and has had several articles published in magazines. She always has a way of making assignments and projects in her class interesting and fun. She has a husband, Pedro, and two daughters, Laura and Sarah.
